As soon as your payment is processed, you'll be able to view your QR code to scan and add your MolaHop eSIM. If you purchased on your phone, you can also tap the install link to add the eSIM directly to your device.

You'll also receive an email with the QR code, the install link, and step-by-step instructions on how to add your eSIM.

You can buy a new eSIM or top up through our website or app.

Most of our plans are fixed data packages, once you use the included data, you can top up or purchase a new eSIM plan.

If you choose an unlimited plan, you'll get 2GB of high speed data per day. After that, speeds are reduced to 1Mbps, which is still enough for essentials like WhatsApp, Uber, and Google Maps.

No — MolaHop doesn't provide parental controls or internet filters.
