Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Nova Supply LLC": the company operating molahop.com and selling eSIM plans.
  • "User" / "Customer": any person browsing the website, placing an order, or using the service.
  • "eSIM": a downloadable digital SIM profile enabling mobile connectivity.
  • "Operator" / "Carrier": the telecommunications provider offering network connectivity.

2. Acceptance

By accessing molahop.com and/or purchasing an eSIM plan, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific conditions displayed during checkout.

3. Device Requirements and Compatibility

3.1 The customer must ensure their device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and compatible with the destination network bands and technologies.

3.2 No guarantee is provided for modified devices (rooted/jailbroken), unofficial firmware, or manufacturer/carrier-restricted devices.

3.3 Compatibility issues are treated as circumstances outside Nova Supply LLC's control.

4. Account, Accuracy of Information and Security

4.1 Registration is required to make purchases. You must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.

4.2 The customer is responsible for maintaining login confidentiality and for all activity carried out through their account.

5. Orders, Pricing and Taxes

5.1 Prices are displayed in EUR, including or excluding taxes as indicated at checkout.

5.2 The final price may include service or handling fees if disclosed before payment.

5.3 Nova Supply LLC may refuse or cancel orders showing signs of fraud, misuse, or pricing errors.

6. Plan Activation and Validity

6.1 The customer must provide an activation date if required; the service may remain pending without it.

6.2 The line may activate up to 24 hours before the chosen date due to Operator requirements.

6.3 Open-activation plans must be activated within the stated timeframe or within 60 days from the date of purchase.

7. Service Use and Limitations

7.1 Coverage, speed, and availability depend on the Operator's network and external factors beyond our control.

7.2 "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use policies and/or Operator limitations.

7.3 Region-restricted plans (e.g., USA-only, Europe-only) may result in no service or limited service outside eligible regions.

8. Fair Use, Hotspot/Tethering and Restrictions

8.1 Nova Supply LLC and/or the Operator may apply speed reduction, usage restrictions, or suspension for abusive usage.

8.2 Hotspot functionality is not guaranteed; Operator restrictions may limit or penalize tethering.

9. Technical Support

9.1 Support is available via chat or email at hola@molahop.com.

9.2 Support may request plan identifiers (ICCID/eID), screenshots, device settings, device model, country, and incident time.

9.3 Standard troubleshooting steps include restart, airplane mode toggle, manual network selection, and eSIM reinstallation.

10. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

10.1 Activation date changes require at least 72 business hours advance notice; changes may become impossible after that window.

10.2 Refunds due to service failure are issued as full or partial amounts based on technical verification, downtime duration, and usage consumed.

10.3 No refund is available in the following cases:

  • Device is not eSIM-compatible or not carrier-unlocked.
  • Issues originating from the customer's device.
  • Failure to contact support during the incident.
  • Usage outside the coverage region or against product limitations.
  • Operator line suspension due to abuse, misuse, automation, or Terms breach.

10.4 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

11. Non-rechargeable Plans and Extensions

Non-rechargeable plans requiring additional days or data will require the purchase of an extension or a new plan.

12. Promotions and Price Matching

12.1 Discounts, coupons, and promotions are subject to their own specific conditions.

12.2 Price matching requires valid documentation showing an equivalent plan; unverifiable comparisons will be rejected.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content — including texts, trademarks, logos, design, software, and images — is owned by Nova Supply LLC or its licensors. Commercial reproduction is prohibited without express written permission, except for personal non-commercial use.

14. Data Protection

14.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Spanish data protection laws.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

15.1 Nova Supply LLC is not responsible for interruptions, degraded performance, or service unavailability caused by external factors.

15.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Suspension and Restriction of Service

Service may be restricted or suspended in cases of fraud, abusive usage, unjustified chargebacks, or breaches affecting the Operator's network.

17. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Nova Supply LLC is not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
