  • BTK decision E-98966759-450.08-36681, of 10 July 2025, ordered eight international eSIM providers blocked, Airalo and Holafly among them, so buying or reinstalling theirs once you have arrived gets complicated.

Does the eSIM work across the Turkish coast (Bodrum, Marmaris, Cappadocia)?

Yes. The Aegean and Mediterranean coasts — including Bodrum, Marmaris, Antalya and Fethiye — have solid 4G/5G. Cappadocia also has good coverage in Göreme and the main towns, with weaker signal in more remote valleys.

Is the eSIM useful in Istanbul's European and Asian sides?
