Fewer providers sell Russia than sell the rest of Europe, and the ones that do differ more than usual. Airalo does not sell it at all. Holafly and Nomad sell unlimited plans; MolaHop sells data packages only, on Tele2 and Beeline. Competitor prices below were captured on 1 October 2026 from each provider page, with the link in every row.

Our price in the table is today's; Nomad's is from 1 October 2026 and carries its link. We name no fixed winner here: the table highlights our price only when it is the lowest in its row, so compare the exact size you need. What we offer beyond price is buying without an app — website or WhatsApp — and support in Spanish.
Holafly and Nomad do; we do not, because our supplier does not offer one. If you want unlimited data in Russia, this page is telling you to look at them, not at us.
Between 2 September and 24 October 2026 we had 30 Russia purchases (29 eSIMs and one top-up). Of the 24 where we recorded the buyer's country, not one was made from inside Russia: they came from 16 countries, among them the Netherlands, Bahrain, Estonia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Turkey. That is our own order data. Whichever provider you choose, buy and install before you land — and note that every provider needs internet to install the eSIM.
Our network provider states that our Russia eSIM gets data from landing, without the 24-hour block that Russia applies to foreign cards registering on a local network. We publish that as what our provider tells us. We have not tested how any other provider behaves on that point, so this page makes no claim about theirs.
No. On 17 September 2026 their local eSIM list had no entry for Russia or the Russian Federation. Among the providers compared here, Holafly, Nomad and MolaHop do sell it.
It depends on the plan, so compare the exact size in the table above: our price there is today's, while Nomad's — the only other provider here with GB plans for Russia — was captured on 1 October 2026: 5.26 € for 1GB/7 days, 21.93 € for 10GB/30 days and 51.76 € for 50GB/30 days. For unlimited, Holafly was cheaper than Nomad on 3 days (11.90 € vs 12.28 €) and Nomad slightly cheaper on 7 days (25.44 € vs 25.50 €) on that day.
From Holafly, up to 30 days, and from Nomad, up to 10 days on the day we checked. MolaHop does not sell unlimited for Russia.
We would not count on it: of our 30 Russia purchases (2 September to 24 October 2026), none of the 24 with a recorded country was made from inside Russia, and installing an eSIM needs an internet connection you may not have on arrival. Buy and install it before you travel.
Russia restricts several services on local networks. Our provider states that our eSIM routes outside the country and gives data from landing; we publish that as their statement. We have not tested the other providers on this, so ask them directly before buying.
